We are not liable for products melting during shipping. Due to temperature variations across the country that are out of our control. We strongly advise cold packs. Yogurt products are at risk for melting when shipped during warmer months. All yogurt products (Yogu Drops) are shipped at the customer's own risk. The products are insured if cold packs are included, & the order is shipped by Next Day service & the package is received upon delivery (or held for pick up). Melted yogurt products are not eligible for return. These are real Yogurt Drops. If you are going to give them a sugar treat - make it a good one! Real yogurt ! Notice: All yogurt products are shipped at your own risk. Yogurt Drops are very likely to melt during transit in summer heat, but are still completely usable (simply place bag in fridge to harden yogurt again, then break apart). No returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the likelihood of melting in original transit and/or return transit. Ice packs are available for an additional $1.50 each & are highly recommended (ice packs will help keep items cool for the first 48 hours of transit but you can expect the ice packs to melt after that time). Simply add 1-2 ice packs to your cart, then add the Yogurt Drops to your cart. Yogurt Drops have a shelf-life of 6+ months so we recommend customers purchase in bulk during cooler months. Yogurt chips could be described as comfort food in a distinctly different form. Hide around the cage or use them as a bonding treat. Enjoy some for yourself. Store in a cool, dry place.
