These collars are made with very strong bright & fun Polyester Webbing that is made in the USA. They adjust from approximately 8" to 13" & will fit a wide range of dogs! As a general rule I recommend 3/4" webbing for dogs who weigh around 15 lbs & up to 30 pounds. However if you are looking for a lightweight option for a bigger dog this would work just fine, but let us know an accurate neck measurement in the checkout instructions.
