Dust jacket has a small stain on the spine tail, but mostly only visible on the verso. Light fading on the spine. Price shows $15.99. Jacket is in a new protective Brodart cover. Boards are in excellent condition but have a very tiny bump on the bottom two board corners and a small dent on the top edge. Book was bound a little oddly with the back board slightly larger than the front board. Spine is tight. Pages are clean and crisp. Light foxing on the top page end. Signed by Kate DiCamillo for me at an event in Saratoga Springs, NY, in 2025. A 2001 Newbery Honor book. A true classic. First printings are hard to find.
