On the outside, it appears New York housewife Taylor Reed has it all. Married to a high-powered defense attorney, she lives in an upscale Manhattan apartment, seemingly surrounded by everything a woman could want-except a passionate marriage. As her husband Jonathan directs his attention to his busy career and mistress; Taylor is left wondering why the love that once existed between them is now a mere memory. Eventually Jonathan wises up and realizes he doesn't want to lose Taylor. In an attempt to turn their troubled marriage around, he arranges for a lengthy stay for the two of them at their sunny Australian vacation home. While he lingers behind to wrap up a case, Taylor travels alone and soon crosses paths with a handsome young British stranger-sending both of them on a path of passion and danger.
