Another of my very rare Victor Costas up for grabs. This black & white beauty has a weave top that we call "ketupat" in Singapore. Contrasting fabrics are used to great effect in that weave & it really elevates this to next level wow! Fitted waist with matching ribbon belt & a really full pleated skirt with attached layers of tulle. So so so good. Oh oh andddddd pockets!
