Vintage 80S Dress/1980S Victor Costa Puff Sleeve Black White Party Polka Dot Floral Spring

Vintage 1980s Victor Costa black & white polka dot party dress. Big puffed sleeves & fitted bodice with a nipped waist & drop skirt. Skirt is gathered at the top & puffs out towards the hem, with a slightly higher part at the front left hem where the skirt is lifted up slightly & attached at the hip with a decorative flower & black satin ribbon. Soft & medium weight cotton, the sleeves are skirt are lined with a sheer nylon mesh to help keep the puff & give them structure. Attached black tulle crinoline under the skirt portion for extra volume. Bodice is lined with a zipper up the back.
