Note -Please read thoroughly so there are no discrepancies when ordering. -Please select your height option. -Gates wider then 42" than, will have additional charges. ask before ordeing!! -If no size given the gate will made to fit standard size opening width of 32" -If you are not sure if this will work for you, please send a picture & we can advise you if it will work & what the options are! -Fairy door opening is 20" tall x 16 1/2" wide. I will make the opening smaller to accommodate as needed for smaller gates. -This Item is a handmade Pet/Baby gate. This item is made with new top grade #2 pine for the frame & cabinet grade birch for the back slats & fairy door back. While the style shown is with full x fairy door, you may also do a half "X", or no x at all. -You provide your dimensions for a gate that will be customized to fit your space -We can paint the gate (any color) or stain it. We can also send it 'raw', with no color or stain. -Basic Brands of paint I use are: Valspar, Sherwin Williams, & Behr. specialty paints will have an upcharge. NOTE: When ordering please put the following information in the 'notes to seller' box: -Exact width of opening where gate will be, I WILL ALLOW FOR CLEARANCE for the width. CLEARANCE for the width will be 1/2" -3/4" for fit & function. -Please let me know your paint or stain color when ordering. You can be more specific by providing a brand & color number if the color needs to be right on. GATES WILL BE RAW NATURAL WOOD IF NOT SPECIFIED No refunds on orders as each order is custom to fit your space. IMPORTANT: All my shipments are insured. I am a small shop & this helps me to recover cost in the unlikely event your shipment is damaged. The insurer REQUIRES pictures to file the insurance claim. If there is shipping damages, please take pictures: 1) outside of the box 2) inside the box, showing wrapping & the extra padding bumpers on the edges. 3) whole picture of the damaged item & close up picture of the damage. 4) hold on to all packing box & all & do nothing with the item until the insurers claim is settled. IMPORTANT: Because the insurer requires photos. If you do not provide pictures, I cannot file an insurance claim & the gate will not be replaced, repaired or refunded. Thank you for your help with this!! For lost items, the waiting period to file a claim is 21 days once claim is paid out I will replace the gate or refund you promptly.
