Rustic Zinc Sap Bucket, Garden Vase, Larger Sized, Metal Rustic Farmhouse Vase 9062106 CHOOSE ONE. Price is for 1 (each), we have 2 available in this larger size. 1 light white/gray & one faded green, the 2 on the left hand side of the photo #2. Once used for collecting tree sap for maple syrup, these rustic metal buckets make beautiful flower vases & even have a little hole on the upper side near the rim for hanging (from trees for collecting), on a fence post or tree in your yard. Unusual & unique as they have a residue of old paint, 2 in a matte light grayish/white color & one in the most charming "garden" green color. The patina on these are just delightful & hard to re-create with patches of rust & aged iron accents. Good vintage condition however, showing wear, rust, stains inside & out, scratches to paint, which adds so much character & charm. The grayish one does hold water, the green one has damage & leaks to the bottom (maybe a bit of silicone glue would rescue it). The gray one still available has some damage (see photo of bottoms). Colors do vary somewhat from the photos (they were taken in indirect outdoor lighting), the light bleached out the colors somewhat. The green is much deeper than in the photo although it is very muted/faded from natural aging, etc. So, as hard as we try, it is very difficult sometime to get coloring perfect through photography. If you are very specific about the coloring your after, they may not be for you. They are very old & authentic (used to collect tree sap), not made for modern decorating, etc. Larger sizing measuring; 12.75" height x 9.5" width (tapering bottoms). Thanks for viewing.
